Designed in conjunction with Occupational Therapists and custom made to order all our weighted products are filled with polypellets. A weighted blanket is simply a custom made blanket that has been filled with poly pellets that gives the blanket added weight. As the pellets are sewn into the blanket there is no risk of swallowing or leaking and are evenly distributed through to lay evenly over the child or adult and not concentrated in one spot. The pellets or polypellets as they are called are hypo-allergenic and  fully machine washable.The deep pressure provided by the weighted blanket helps to calm the individual allowing his body to relax and subsequently sleep is induced.
